The pizza recipe from the old days

Ingredients
Dough
- 1 pkg Yeast
- 1½ cup Water
- ¾ tsp Sugar
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Salad (Olive) Oil
- 4½ cups Flour
Sauce
- 1 12 oz can Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Minced Dried Onion
- ½ can (6 oz) water
Toppings
- 1 LB Cheese
Mozzarella
Provolone
Lucatelle
Or some combination of the above - 1 LB Pepperoni
- 1 LB Italian Sausage
Instructions
Dough
- Dissolve yeast in 1½ cups Warm Water
- Add sugar, salt and oil.
- Add flour while mixing (approximately 4½ cups)
Knead divide in two and let rise. (an hour or two as I recall)
Sauce
- Combine all ingredients
Mix well
Assemble
- Preheat oven to 400
- Roll out to fit large pizza pans
- Spread sauce
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Arrange meat(s)
- Bake for 10 – 14 minutes
